The 10th District consists of Chikaming, New Buffalo, Three Oaks and Weesaw Township west of Pardee Road. The villages of Grand Beach, Michiana, and Three Oaks and the city of New Buffalo.
Andy is currently serving on the Personnel & Human Services Committee. He also represents the Board on the Berrien County Solid Waste Planning Committee, Local Revenue Sharing Board, Mental Health Board, Southwest Michigan Solid Waste Consortium, 9-1-1 Advisory Committee, and the U.S. 12 Heritage Council.
