County Apportionment Commission

After every decennial census the County Apportionment Commission is responsible for apportioning the County Commissioner districts to meet the federal and state mandates regarding the apportionment of said districts.  The 2011 Apportionment Commission is comprised of Prosecutor Art Cotter, Clerk Sharon Tyler, Treasurer Bret Witkowski, Democratic Party Chair Dr. Shirley Stansberry and Republican Party Chair Stephen Smith.

The Chair of the 2011 Apportionment Commission is Treasurer Bret Witkowski and the Secretary is County Clerk Sharon Tyler.
