Jury service is a vital function of democracy and it is crucial that the jury pool be representative of the entire community.  To that end, the Berrien County Trial Court enlists panels of citizens to serve for a period of one week or one trial.  For further information on jury duty in Berrien County, please feel free to review the following links:
