| | | Facility Rentals | | |  Facility rentals for group picnics, meetings, weddings, or whatever the occasion are available at Madeline Bertrand and Silver Beach. The Trillium Room in the new Nature Center at Love Creek is also available for groups in search of a unique location to host a meeting, planning sesson or training seminar.
Madeline Bertrand
Three facilities are available in the scenic woodlands at Madeline Bertrand. The Bertrand Lodge is completely enclosed and includes kitchen facilities. The Topenebee and River Shelters are open shelter facilities. All three include cooking grills, electricity and tables.
Rates for the Bertrand Lodge are $90 per day on weekends and holidays and $45 per day on weekdays. Rates for the Topenebee Shelter are $70 per day on weekends and holidays and $35 per day on weekdays. Rates for the River Shelter are $50 on weekends and holidays and $25 on weekdays. The entry fee of $3 per vehicle (for all group participants, including those from out-of-county) may be paid individually or tallied and paid in a lump sum by the event organizer.

 Silver Beach
Overlooking Lake Michigan and the mouth of the St. Joseph River, the Shadowland Pavilion at Silver Beach is an ideal location for a group gathering during the warmer months. It can accommodate up to 160 people seated at picnic tables and includes a charcoal grill and electrical outlets. (It is also a great location for an outdoor concert!)
Current rates are $250 per day on weekends and holidays and $100 per day on weekdays. A special half day wedding rate of $125 is also available. Park entry fees may be paid individually or tallied and paid in a lump sum by the event organizer.

 Trillium Room
The Trillium Room in the new Nature Center at Love Creek is available for businesses, civic groups and other organizations in search of a unique and relaxed location to host a meeting, planning session or group training seminar. The room features large observation windows overlooking a wooded ravine, a fireplace, kitchen facilities, computer, slide, VCR and DVD projection equipment and a public address sound system. The room will accommodate up to 75 people in "auditorium" style seating or around 50 at tables if a meal is a part of the scheduled activities.
Current rental rates for Love Creek's Trillium Room are $175 for periods of three hours or less and $25 for each additional hour during regular business hours or $50 for each additional hour after regular business hours. Rental rates include the park entry fee for all event participants, access to the facilities and equipment noted above, and the technical assistance of the Nature Center staff. The Nature Center is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10 am to 5 pm and at other times by special arrangement.
